The end of summer means moms are ready to get their kids out of the dating house and back to their normal daily routines. But what do they do with an empty dating house? When we asked members how they plan to spend their time when school reopens, we found that kids going back to school means moms have to go back to bed with someone who isn’t their partner. Dating Sex’s survey of over 1,600 members found that 68% of women are looking forward to their kids going back to school after the summer holidays. Perhaps that’s because then their kids will have more freedom to do what they want. Not only do these women want more time to run errands and get work done, but almost half (49%) of female members surveyed plan to spend more time with their dating partners once their kids go back to school. Over time, when a mother’s basic feminine needs are not met or ignored, this can be stressful not only for the woman but for the marriage,” says Dr. Tammy Nelson, dating sex expert and author of The New Monogamy. 64% of women admit to having dating sex when their kids are at school. Now that the house is empty, when exactly will they schedule such meetings? More than half of respondents (53%) said they prefer to meet with their dating sex partners during the day. Nearly a third of women surveyed (32%) said the ideal time to meet their partner is midday, compared to 16% who chose morning. Now, kids are typically in school five days a week. So how often do these mothers meet with their dating sex partners? Over a third (39%) of female members say they meet with their dating sex partners once a week, and a quarter (25%) say they meet with their dating sex partners more than twice a week. So, while most of them certainly don’t meet every day, they end up taking advantage of the time when their kids aren’t out of the house. Plus, it’s not always about dating sex. It’s important to recognize mothers as women with needs beyond running a family. Women often struggle to have fulfilling dating sex in their marriages because they value the happiness of their family over their happiness. So some end up dropping out and ending up on dating sex sites. The start of school is the perfect time for kids to refocus their energy on themselves.
