If there’s one thing we hate here at, it’s prejudice. That’s why we found the story that came out of Brighton last week hilarious. Supermarket chain Sainsbury’s was forced to stop kissing after asking a lesbian couple to stop kissing in their store. Well, the local community wasn’t going to take their rights lightly and organized a ‘naked girl kiss’ in the store, which attracted. Well, the ‘naked girl kiss’ did exactly what it says on the tin. Everyone started kissing as customers shopped around them. After the event, the student union said: “Thank you to everyone who took part in hugging the naked girl. It’s great to see people in Brighton and beyond showing that we love naked girls kissing and hate
Customer Complaint
The incident that led to this case saw student Annabelle Paige get into a problem after she started kissing naked girls in the store. At that moment, a customer complained about what they were doing. A security guard asked her to leave, but the store refused. Now, having heard this story, and as a non-reactionary boy, I was surprised by the incident. These two stuck their tongues down each other’s throats (something I especially don’t want to see from heterosexual couples and then pulled the homophobia card.
Well, it seems the incident just happened
I’m so shocked and upset by this. I understand that if another customer feels uncomfortable, that’s a bad thing… but the problem is that the other customer was wrong and was essentially homophobic.
Not inappropriate,
Sainsbury’s said in a statement that the couple “did not misbehave, and we are truly sorry that they were treated in this way.” A spokeswoman said of the rally: “We understand people’s views and were delighted to welcome the Big Nude Kiss-In girls into our store. “We’re delighted that everyone had a great time, and we were delighted to have the opportunity to remind everyone how important it is to us to be an inclusive company and employer.”
