SlutRoulette has been around since 2010, likely as a response to the original Chatroulette. If you’re not familiar with Chatroulette, it was a site where you could have a video conversation with random strangers. If you didn’t like the person you were paired with, you could click to find someone new. It was a simple concept, but it became well-known for the wrong reasons — an overwhelming amount of explicit content, particularly men exposing themselves.
Some people took advantage of the anonymity to show off to strangers, and it became a chaotic experience for many. In response to this, Slut Roulette was created, offering a similar concept but with women instead of random men.
The Popularity of Slut Roulette
SlutRoulette.com gets over 6 million visits per month, far outpacing ChatRoulette. It’s clear that people prefer random women on camera over random men, and the site has filled that niche.
Signing Up for the Site
The first thing you’ll notice when you visit the site is a pop-up saying, “It’s in your power to control her pleasure.” It’s a little cheesy, but I clicked “PLEASE HER” because, well, why not? However, after that, I got bombarded with multiple pop-ups asking for notification permissions and for me to sign up with only a good email address.
You can sign up using your email and a nickname, or sign in with your Google account. It’s easy to do, and Google already knows everything about you anyway.
Problems with Signing Up
Here’s where things get frustrating. While I was signing up, I somehow ended up on the wrong site — SlutRouletteLive, not SlutRoulette. After trying to get back to the original site, I kept getting redirected back to SlutRouletteLive, even though I tried to reset my password. It was a mess, and it wasn’t my fault.
This could be fixed by stopping the site from redirecting users to a different platform. One login for multiple sites sounds convenient, but it doesn’t work properly if you want to access the site you’re on.
Annoying Spam Emails
While I was trying to sign up, I received an activation email from SlutRouletteLive, and I found a spam message in my inbox with a misleading subject line. The email tried to get me to check out another site, which felt shady and unprofessional. It’s not a good look when a site starts sending spam before you’ve even confirmed your account.
Trying to Watch the Content
Once I finally got to the site, I saw a woman with big fake breasts holding them up to the camera. She was speaking, but I couldn’t hear anything, so I tried to turn on the sound. Just as I did that, the camera switched to another girl. This kept happening, and I found it impossible to enjoy watching any one girl for too long.
To make things worse, my chat window kept getting covered by system messages asking me to verify my age and sign up. I had already tried to sign up, but the site kept sending me in circles.
Webcam Issues and Pop-Ups
I wanted to use my webcam to interact with the women, but that didn’t work either. Every time I tried, I got the same annoying sign-up pop-ups. The site kept switching between different women, and I couldn’t focus on one for long enough.
Categories and Filters
At least the site has a decent selection of categories. There are 20 categories you can choose from, like Big Tits, Redhead, Pornstar, or Asian. If you’re into something different, there are also options for Guys, Shemale, and Trans girls.
Final Thoughts
SlutRoulette could be a great site if you can get past the frustrating sign-up process and technical issues. The categories are nice, and there are plenty of women online. However, the constant pop-ups, redirects, and poor functionality make it hard to recommend. If the site worked properly, it could be a fun experience, but for now, I can’t suggest it to anyone.
