Honestly, this seems like a perfect way to crack down on prostitution in the city. The threat of punishing Escorts sex workers who don’t wear high-waited clothing will make them follow the rules instead of wasting their hard-earned money, and it will be much easier for the police to arrest Escorts sex workers who don’t wear high-waited clothing.
